5. User Content & Conduct

5.1 User Content
If you submit content (e.g., application data or feedback), you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as needed to provide and improve our Services.

5.2 Content Standards
You agree not to submit content that is:

  • False or misleading

  • Infringing on others’ rights

  • Illegal, harassing, or offensive

  • Containing harmful code

  • Disruptive to the Services

5.3 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:

12. Arbitration Agreement

12.1 Binding Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Hampton, VA.

12.2 Exceptions
We may seek injunctive relief in court to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.

12.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree not to bring or join any class actions or collective arbitrations.

12.4 Opt-Out
You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to:

13. Termination

13.1 By You
You may stop using our Services at any time. If you have a financing arrangement, your obligations remain in effect.

13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

Provisions that should survive termination—such as ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits—will continue to apply.


14. General

14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us.

14.2 Waiver & Severability
Failure to enforce a provision doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later. If a provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

14.3 Assignment
You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign them freely.

14.4 Force Majeure
We’re not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, labor strikes, pandemics).
